Expert Tire at 165 Commerce Avenue, LaGrange, Georgia.

Just called there to ask about a tire...for a truck with 15in rims...when asked for tire size by the female who answered the phone, I responded with 31....which was all I could say before being cut off in mid sentence...that is not a tire size...I said well if I could finish..she cuts me off again...well a tire size does not start with 2 numbers, its not a tire size. Again I say well if I could finish...then she says, you need to give me a tire size. So my husband takes the phone and says it is a tire size...its a 31x1050x15. She just said you know what I can't help u and hung up...
Dumbass if you know anything about tires you would know that the height is important on a truck tire...and if you would of just listened you would have known what we were looking for...needless to say ill be going elsewhere, where I can be spoken to with some dignity as I am looking to buy, good luck keeping customers returning with you poor customer service skills...
