If it would've let me post with no stars, I would have. But I had to select at least one star to post this. This has got to be the most unprofessional place to try to obtain a loan. No customer service skills, I advised the rep that SOMEONE HAD GIVEN ME HER NAME and referred me to deal with her, but I guess that means nothing to the business. She immediately asks where I work as if she was in a hurry and I was wasting her time. After informing her that I work from home, I was told that I didn't qualify (after not sending her any information) as because I didnt get in my car and go to a brick and mortar, that my employment was considered self employment. I proceeded to tell her that it was not self employment, that I have Fed, ?FICA, State deductions and that was still not good enough.

I almost would say it was racial profiling, however, I am going to give the benefit of the doubt.

I was still presented with lies and excuses as far as I was concerned. I stopped myself from continuing to plea my case, as I decided I would not want to do business with this company anyways. All for a $100 loan, what a shame. The person who referred me will be saddened to hear of this.
